BREAKAGE CLAIM:
Please unpack and check shipment promptly upon arrival, if damage
to outside packaging is discovered, notify Delivery Agent.
Contact us at Questions@ForYouFromMe.net for a Damage/Breakage Claim ID Number (D/BCIDN) immediately. Include your name, number, description of damaged items purchased. Delivery
Agent will be notified by tracking number.
Within three (3) days of receiving your
D/BCIDN, package must be returned to the company via USPS. You may return only the broken product and receive partial
reimbursement of the order or return the entire product and receive full reimbursement of the order, not including shipping
costs.
Please specify what portion, partial or full, you are returning.

any returned (undamaged) orders.
NOTE to New Owners/Purchasers
Products are used at the owner's/purchaser's risk! It is not the responsibility
of For You From Me of the product after it has been used or reshipped
to another destination. Please use discretion when washing/handling your new products.
