BREAKAGE CLAIM:
Please unpack and check shipment promptly upon arrival, if damage to outside packaging is discovered, notify
Delivery Agent.

(D/BCIDN) immediately. Include your name, number, description of
damaged items purchased. Delivery Agent will be notified by tracking number.
Within three
(3) days of receiving your D/BCIDN, package must be returned to the company via USPS. You may return only the
broken product and receive partial reimbursement of the order or return the entire product and receive full reimbursement
of the order, not including shipping costs.
Please specify what portion, partial or full, you are returning.
